They need to get their marketing and promos under control because they are always inconsistent

The product itself is good, but with the multiple negative experiences we have had with the website, multiple marketed promos not working and the absolute horrendous customer service we have experienced, we will no longer be purchasing these products. Not worth dealing with the incompetent customer service. It is unfortunate because my family like the products, the companies missions, but whoever is running customer service needs to rethink your career path because 1. You don’t rudely tell the customer the promos they are entering aren’t valid when they were emailed out that day and marketed on the website 2. Blatantly ignore the customer when they reach out AGAIN. No thanks. We will be taking out money and support else wear.
